You can purchase tickets through our website. Just click the "tickets" button on any show page to be taken to our ticketing service, Tixr. Note, that some events may be sold on outside ticketing platforms.
All ticket sales are final, unless a show is canceled or postponed.
If the show hasn't sold out, you can always buy tickets at the door. Our Box Office is open whenever we have an event. If you pay with a credit card at the door, ticket fees and local taxes will be applied to your purchase. If you pay with cash, ONLY local taxes will be applied to your purchase.
You will receive a refund to the payment method you used to buy your tickets with directly from Tixr.
All tickets are general admission, however there is some unreserved seating available in the bar area.
We offer parking as an add-on to any event ticket. The Park Place Parking lot is located on the south side of New York Ave, about a half block from the venue. Just look for the ARC sign. If you purchase a parking add-on, you do not have to pay an additional fee at the parking lot kiosk. The parking lot is open 30 minutes prior to doors.
PLEASE NOTE - the Atlantic Palace parking lot, located on the same side of New York Avenue, is a private parking lot and is not included as an option for our parking add-on purchasers. We also accept credit cards at the door and online. All credit transactions include local sales tax AND ticketing fees.

Yes, it's open during select shows. You can contact us the week of the show and we'll let you know if the coat check will be open.
